NWASH MIS


Ans 1.: Yes you need login access to download report.
Ans 2.: Yes you can edit/moidify report based on the on the WaSh planning requirement but there are certain limitations for editing contents/data to maintain the authencity of standard document
Ans 3.: Allocation of budget should be based on prepared WaSH plan priority (set)
Ans 4.: Reference are predefined in NWASH system whereas rate is needed to be set by User but the level is defined.
Ans 5.: Yes, you need access to download reports from NWASH. But you can find sample report and other important without logging in from Documents section
Ans 6.: Two type of reports can be generated from NWASH F&S component which are: Project Level Report, Municipality Level Report
Ans 7.: Yes, you can edit WSS inventory data and WSUC data but only when it’s necessary and you should have login access with editing right.
Ans 8.: Yes, NWASH is real-time database system.
Ans 9.: Yes all the project code, district code, municipality code are government approved codes.
Ans 10.: Yes, indicators are approved.
Ans 11.: No, you cannot edit F&S report but you can edit F&S data if there are any error encountered to mainatin the accuracy of F&S Report.
Ans 12.: Yes, WaSH plan report are generated on single click automatically in a standard format
Ans 13.: Yes you can, we have application developed for updating purpose which is “Condition Assessment”

Ans 15.: NWASH website visitors cannot view reports without logging in but can view sample reports for F&S which can help them get synopsis of the contents in F&S report
Ans 16.: Geospatial data is a term used to describe any data related to or containing information about a specific location on the Earth’s surface.
Ans 17.: For now we don’t have any risk assessment done for data in our system

Ans 1.: Any Android Tabs/Mobile phone with Android version 4.0.3 or later
Ans 2.: Altogether 15 applications are developed under NWASH
Ans 3.: The main purpose of unique code in WaSH pLan is to avoid duplication of data surveyed.
Ans 4.: Yes you can recollect a WSS structure info using the same project code but only if the complete structure’s data/photo is missing otherwise you can also use editing tool to fill specific missing data.
Ans 5.: For now NWASH application has not been released in IOS platform.
Ans 6.: Yes you can collect data of any specific Water Supply scheme using multiple android device but using same project code
Ans 7.: You can update Functionality/Sustainability status of project in NWASH system using “Condition Assessment” application.
Ans 8.: It is not mandatory to collect all HH data of any Municipality for WaSH plan but 10% of HH data is set as minimum requirement. But collecting all data can be helpful too.
Ans 9.: Yes you can get guidelines and manuals from Documents tab of NWASH system.
Ans 10.: Yes all structures, tap data of water supply scheme should be collected for Inventory report.
Ans 11.: Yes, Surveyed data of project can be exported without internet connection but cannot be uploaded.
Ans 12.: The project code of any water supply system are created beforehand by ICT upon request, enumerators don’t have to create but should be well known about the created project codes.
Ans 13.: Yes, the key feature of our application is data can be collected offline without any internet access. For more information on how please check our data collection manual.
Ans 15.: If the institution/public toilet is not operating then enumerator dont have to collect that institution's data
Ans 16.: Tubewell data is collected from Household questionnaire for sanitation and household. Please do not collect from inventory application.
